You can return the unit for any reason within 30 days for a full refund.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, please give us a call.
Please be aware that we can only be responsible for returns/refunds if you have purchased the product directly from Range Technology (And not a Dealer or Reseller).
If you purchased your product from a reseller, then please contact the original point of sale for their policies.
Range Technology warrants the covered product to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period one (1) year from date of purchase. This warranty extends to the original buyer only. Within the warranty period, Range Technology will repair or replace any part proving defective in material or workmanship. All warranty repairs and services must be performed by Range Technology. All expenses related to repairing or replacing the covered product will be assumed by Range Technology except for the following expenses which will be assumed by the buyer:
- Repairs necessitated by abuse or use other than the intended use
- Damage resulting from an incorrect application, accidents, alterations, or improper installation or care
- Damage or alterations made by anyone other than Range Technology
- Damage from natural disasters
- Theft or loss of product
- Damage resulting from shipping or handling as a result of poor packing
- Incidental damage, travel time, diagnosis or
- Shipping of the product to Range Technology as per the warranty/repair form

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
Range Technology and its successors, distributors, jobbers, and dealers (hereafter SELLER) shall in no way be responsible for the product’s proper use and service. THE BUYER HEREBY WAIVES ALL LIABILITY CLAIMS.
The BUYER acknowledges that he/she is not relying on the SELLER’s skill or judgment to select or furnish goods suitable for any particular purpose and that there are no liabilities which extend beyond the description on the face hereof and the BUYER hereby waives all remedies or liabilities, expressed or implied, arising by law or otherwise, (including without any obligations of the SELLER with respect to fitness, merchantability, and consequential damages) or whether or not occasioned by the SELLER’s negligence. The SELLER disclaims any warranty and expressly disclaims any liability for personal injury or damages. The BUYER acknowledges and agrees that the disclaimer of any liability for personal injury is a material term for this agreement and the BUYER agrees to indemnify the SELLER and to hold the SELLER harmless from any claim related to the item of the equipment purchased. Under no circumstances will the SELLER be liable for any damages or expenses by reason of use or sale of any such equipment. The SELLER assumes no liability regarding the improper installation or misapplication of its products. It is the installer’s responsibility to check for proper installation and if in doubt, contact the manufacturer.
LIMITATION OF WARRANTY
Range Technology. (hereafter “SELLER”) gives Limited Warranty as to description, quality, merchantability, fitness for any product’s purpose, productiveness, or any other matter of SELLER’s product sold herewith. The SELLER shall be in no way responsible for the product’s open use and service and the BUYER hereby waives all rights other than those expressly written herein. This Warranty shall not be extended or varied except by a written instrument signed by SELLER and BUYER. The Warranty is Limited to one (1) year from the date of sale and limited solely to the parts contained within the product. All products that are in question of Warranty must be returned shipping prepaid to the SELLER and must be accompanied by a dated proof of purchase receipt. All Warranty claims are subject to approval by Range Technology. If the BUYER sends back a failed unit that is out of warranty and chooses to buy a refurbished unit, the refurbished unit will only carry a 60-day warranty. If the BUYER purchases a new unit at a predetermined discounted rate, it will have the standard 1-year warranty. Under no circumstances shall the SELLER be liable for any labor charged or travel time incurred in diagnosis for defects, removal, or re-installation of this product, or any other contingent expenses. Under no circumstances will the SELLER be liable for any damage or expenses insured by reason of the use or sale of any such equipment. This warranty is VOID for any new products purchased through auction websites OR unauthorized dealers. WARRANTY IS VALID ONLY FOR NEW PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH AUTHORIZED DEALERS (proof of purchase required for all warranty claims).
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. You have the right to bring any action at law or equity to resolve disputes concerning or to enforce the provisions of this warranty.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your returned item. We will also notify you by email or phone (if you include a phone number on your request) if there is a problem with the item.
If there are no problems, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Due to credit card processing cycles and processing, please allow 5-7 days for the refund to show on your statement. Normally it will show in 24-48 hours. You will also receive an email stating that the refund has been issued.
If the refund is applied after 30 days from the date of original purchase for some reason (i.e. return shipping delays), then we will provide you with a paper check in the US Mail.
